Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an ERP Specialist to lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations across multiple entities in the Philippines.

You will design, configure, and enhance BC modules, partner with finance and operations to develop scalable ERP solutions, and standardize data flows, processes, and reports while managing integrations and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central.
• Proven track record in full-cycle ERP implementation projects.
• Experience with a Microsoft Business Central implementation partner.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, supply chain, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Finance, or Accountancy.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant certification is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve system and data issues under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills within multinational environments.

A Successful ERP Specialist Should Have

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or Accountancy.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve system and data issues under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills within multinational environments.
