Job summary

GSS HR Solutions Private Limted in the Philippines seeks an ERP QA Tester to support end-to-end testing across SIT, UAT, and regression cycles. You will design and execute test scripts aligned to business requirements and track defects.

This role requires strong knowledge of ERP processes, SAP S/4HANA familiarity, and experience with qTest. You will document results, manage test data, and provide governance and metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP testing across SIT, UAT, and regression cycles.
• Experience with the qTest test management tool.
• Defect management and root cause analysis.
• Test script design, execution, and evidence documentation.
• Data management and end-to-end process validation.
• ERP integration testing and cross-functional validation.
• Awareness of test automation concepts.
• Quality assurance governance, metrics and reporting.
• Requirements traceability management.

Responsibilities

• Support test planning and preparation for ERP testing cycles (SIT/UAT/regression).
• Design, review, and execute test scripts aligned to requirements.
• Manage test execution, data readiness, and scenario validation.
• Log, track and resolve defects; perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate environment readiness and data access; escalate issues.
• Validate integration points, interfaces and data integrity.
• Maintain testing docs, traceability, evidence, and governance records.
• Prepare testing metrics and status reports for stakeholders.
