Job summary

Ultra Manpower Solutions Corporation is seeking an experienced Odoo Project Manager to lead ERP implementation projects from planning through Go-Live and post-implementation support. You will collaborate with clients and internal technical teams to translate requirements into effective ERP workflows.

The role emphasizes building project plans, guiding UAT, training users, and ensuring successful adoption, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in ERP implementation, system implementation, or digital transformation.
• Experience with Odoo or another ERP platform such as Dynamics, SAP Business One, NetSuite, Zoho, ERPNext, QuickBooks Online, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of business process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with project documentation, UAT, and implementation methodologies.
• Basic understanding of SQL is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable leading client meetings and facilitating discussions.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP projects from planning and kickoff through Go-Live.
• Create project timelines, milestones, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, system demonstrations, and project updates with clients.
• Understand client business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate ERP solutions and workflows.
• Prepare process documentation, requirements documents, and business process flows.
• Coordinate with technical consultants and internal teams during system configuration and implementation.
• Support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and monitor project issues and requirements.
• Coordinate user training and assist clients in adopting the system.
• Monitor project progress, risks, changes, and deliverables.
