Job summary

OSREM GLOBAL Communication Inc. is seeking a capable professional to participate in or lead the implementation of software solutions across clients, including financial, HRIS, and CRM systems.

You will assist clients with issues, respond to queries, and help test newly developed products, enhancements, and customization, ensuring smooth deployment.

The ideal candidate has an accounting degree or CPA and 1–2 years of work experience, plus knowledge of or familiarity with an accounting system.

Responsibilities

• Participates or leads the implementation of software solutions (financial, HRIS, CRM) on clients or projects.
• Provides assistance to clients on issues encountered in the use of the system.
• Attends to client queries and provides the necessary assistance, support, and advice as needed.
• Participates or is involved in testing newly developed products, existing product enhancements, and customization.
