• Participates or leads the implementation of software solutions on clients or projects.
• Provides assistance to clients on issues encountered in the system.
• Attends client queries, provides the necessary assistance, support and advice.
• Participates in testing and customization of products, enhancements.
• Graduate of Accounting / CPA.
• Has 1–2 years of work experience.
• Knowledge/familiar with accounting systems.
