Job summary

Hutility is actively seeking a C# Developer to join our software team in the Philippines. You will contribute to developing, maintaining, and improving ERP-integrated applications, including Sage 300 and Acumatica, while modernizing legacy VB6 components.

The role demands ability to quickly understand existing code, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with QA and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on C# and .NET experience.
• Experience with existing/legacy codebases and the ability to understand unfamiliar systems.
• Experience with APIs and software integrations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Clear, fast communication with QA and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance C# applications that integrate with ERP systems.
• Build integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms/APIs.
• Maintain and support legacy VB6 applications including existing Sage screens.
• Get up to speed on existing codebases and development practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews and improve development standards.
• Collaborate with QA and stakeholders to clarify specs and minimize revisions.
• Investigate issues and identify scalable solutions.
