Job summary

Peak Support Global Enterprise is seeking a Senior Finance & Data Analytics Analyst to support Finance, FP&A, Sales, Operations and Executive Leadership with financial and operational analysis that informs strategic decisions. You will partner with FP&A and IT to improve forecasting, reporting, profitability, pricing and operational performance.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Finance Analytics, Business Analytics, FP&A, or Decision Support.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills are required.
• Experience interpreting large datasets and presenting recommendations.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and delivering insights.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A, Sales, Operations and Exec Leadership with financial and operational analysis.
• Develop forecasting insights and refine reporting for profitability and pricing.
• Create executive KPI dashboards and financial models for business initiatives.
• Perform pricing and profitability analyses and governance across clients and regions.
• Collaborate with IT BI to define reporting requirements and automate manual processes.
