Qualifications

Qualifications

Certification

Experience

• Strong understanding of the Agile Manifesto and Scrum framework
• Hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar agile platforms
• ERP system experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, AX) in support, development, or coordination roles
• Proven ability to communicate and coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups, including business users, finance, logistics, and IT
• Skilled in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
• Ability to coach teams to mature agile practices at a sustainable pace
• Strong interviewing and project scoping skills

Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

• Practical experience applying Scrum in ERP or support environments
• Knowledge of release planning and change control processes within ERP contexts
• Understanding of ERP integrations with external platforms (e.g., APIs, middleware)
• Basic knowledge of ITIL practices
• Experience implementing agile processes using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
