Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group is seeking a System Architect to lead enterprise-wide system design and integration across manufacturing, operations, merchandising, and digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in systems architecture, strong ERP integration experience, and deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure data integrity, and align tech with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS; advanced certifications preferred.
• 7+ years in systems architecture or digital transformation roles.
• Proven expertise in system integration, enterprise software architecture, and database structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, architecture, and integration of business-critical systems (ERP, WMS, POS, e-commerce).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into scalable technical solutions.
• Define system standards, security protocols, and documentation across apps and databases.
• Design architecture that supports modularity, performance, and future enhancements.
• Mentor internal/external development teams during build and deployment phases.
• Evaluate tools, platforms, and frameworks aligned with the roadmap.
• Conduct system reviews, technical assessments, and performance audits.
• Serve as technical advisor in IT projects and vendor selections.
• Ensure interoperability, data integrity, and compliance requirements.
• Provide architectural oversight to engineers and technical teams.
