Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in Manila is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.

You will plan, manage budgets, schedules, resources and milestones while coordinating with functional and technical consultants across multiple Oracle Fusion modules. The role requires strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills, with hands-on PM experience in ERP deployments and preference for Oracle Fusion expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field.
• 5–8 years of IT project management experience, preferably ERP implementations.
• Hands-on PM experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations including migration, integration and deployment.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules: Financials, Procurement, HCM, SCM, ERP Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid PM approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• PM/PRINCE2 or similar certifications are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Management

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation and deployment projects.

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.

2. Oracle Fusion Implementation

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, integration, and rollout of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

• Coordinate with functional and technical consultants across Oracle Fusion modules.

• Ensure business requirements are properly translated into technical and functional deliverables.

• Manage system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and deployment activities.

3. Stakeholdera and Team Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, business stakeholders, and project teams.

• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and management presentations.

• Coordinate with developers, functional consultants, business analysts, and third-party vendors.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Project Governance and Delivery

• Track project KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization.

• Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to senior management.

• Ensure compliance with project governance, quality standards, and organizational policies.

• Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5–8 years of experience in IT project management, preferably handling ERP implementation projects.
• Hands-on project management experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Experience managing end-to-end ERP implementation, migration, integration, and deployment projects.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules such as:

  • Oracle Financials Cloud

  • Oracle Procurement Cloud

  • Oracle HCM Cloud

  • Oracle SCM Cloud

  • Oracle ERP Cloud

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are an advantage.
