Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines seeks an experienced Applications Analyst to lead IT project planning and coordination across client engagements. You will document requirements, scope projects, and manage changes with internal teams and vendors.

The role requires 5+ years as an Applications Analyst, strong Oracle Fusion ERP knowledge, and hands-on experience with Financials, Procurement and Projects modules. Excellent client-facing communication is essential in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Applications Analyst in IT.
• Solid Oracle Fusion ERP knowledge and hands-on implementation experience.
• Experience implementing Financials, Procurement and Projects modules.
• Experience in financial services, manufacturing, distributions or BPO industries.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and document all aspects of a project you are working on.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution.
• Lead the team in analyzing project requirements and scoping.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders.
• Create a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule and costs using verification techniques.
• Measure project performance with appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report to management and manage client/vendor relationships.
