Job summary

Trevose Partners Limited is seeking a professional in the Philippines to strengthen client relationships and execute accurately within a sales & trading environment. The role involves feeding market ideas, interpreting research, and coordinating client meetings.

Ideal candidates have a finance degree, 4-6 years in front office or research, and fluency in English and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking clients effectively.

Qualifications

• University graduate in finance or related discipline.
• 4-6 years’ experience in front office or research in a brokerage house.
• Strong passion to improve knowledge of Equity products and Sales & Trading processes.
• Intellectually curious with ability to learn new products and services.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent work ethic.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate practical solutions across functions and seniority levels.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a strong working relationship with assigned clients.
• Perform accurate executions.
• Feed trading ideas and interpret investment opinions from research reports to clients.
• Channel market information to clients in a timely manner.
• Support front office on Sales & Trading matters, including client sales/presentation and meetings coordination.
• Collaborate with operations and middle office on onboarding, client reviews, reconciliations, and reports generation.
• Assist in group tasks when required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cultivating a strong working relationship with assigned clients
• Perform accurate executions
• Feed trading ideas and precisely interpret investment opinions of research reports to clients
• Channel market information flow to clients in a timely manner
• Support front office team on all Sales & Trading matters, including client sales/presentation, meeting invitations/co-ordination etc
• Work closely with operations and middle office teams on all Operations matters, including new client onboarding, client reviews, trade reconciliations and reports generations etc
• Assist in group tasks when required

Experience and Skills
