Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in heavy equipment, construction equipment, or fleet operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment utilization, deployment, and availability.
• Track operating hours, idle time, and productivity.
• Coordinate assignment and movement of heavy equipment among project sites.
• Monitor equipment condition and report breakdowns, defects, and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with operators regarding proper equipment operation and daily concerns.
• Review and monitor daily equipment reports/logbooks.
• Monitor fuel consumption and equipment operating performance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair schedules.
• Assist in scheduling equipment servicing, repairs, and inspections.
• Monitor equipment transfers, mobilization, and demobilization.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment, operators, operating hours, repairs, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with project engineers, operators, mechanics, and management regarding equipment requirements.
• Identify underutilized equipment and recommend deployment or reassignment.
• Ensure equipment is used properly and efficiently.
• Assist in evaluating equipment performance and operator productivity.
• Prepare regular equipment utilization and status reports for management.
• Perform other equipment-related duties as assigned
