Panico Construction & Development Corporation seeks an Equipment Supervisor to oversee the heavy equipment fleet, ensure efficient utilization, and monitor condition across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate will coordinate with operators and site teams, track usage, and report maintenance needs.
The role requires a Mechanical Engineering background, strong organizational skills, and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Panico Construction & Development Corporation is looking for an Equipment Supervisor to oversee and monitor the utilization, condition, and deployment of our heavy equipment fleet.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Mechanical Engineer license is not required, but is an advantage
Preferably with experience or basic knowledge in heavy equipment, construction equipment, or fleet operations
Based in Cebu
Willing to learn and develop knowledge in heavy equipment operation and maintenance
Good attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work with field personnel
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Good communication and coordination skills
Willing to travel to project sites when required
Monitor equipment utilization, deployment, and availability
Track equipment operating hours, idle time, and productivity
Coordinate the assignment and movement of heavy equipment among project sites
Monitor equipment condition and report breakdowns, defects, and maintenance requirements
Coordinate with operators regarding proper equipment operation and daily concerns
Review and monitor daily equipment reports/logbooks
Monitor fuel consumption and equipment operating performance
Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair schedules
Assist in scheduling equipment servicing, repairs, and inspections
Monitor equipment transfers, mobilization, and demobilization
Maintain accurate records of equipment, operators, operating hours, repairs, and maintenance
Coordinate with project engineers, operators, mechanics, and management regarding equipment requirements
Identify underutilized equipment and recommend proper deployment or reassignment
Ensure equipment is used properly and efficiently
Assist in evaluating equipment performance and operator productivity
Prepare regular equipment utilization and status reports for management
Perform other equipment-related duties as assigned

Proactive in identifying equipment issues and operational concerns
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
