Oversee day-to-day equipment operations to ensure availability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily deployment, mobilization, and demobilization of equipment to project sites.
Monitor equipment utilization and allocate based on project needs.
Coordinate with Operations, PMs, and site personnel on equipment requirements.
Maintain documentation of equipment movements and assignments.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and schedule inspections.
Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs.
Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and spare parts.
Ensure safety compliance and operator certifications are up to date.
Monitor costs, fuel, lubricants, and parts usage to identify savings.
Lead and evaluate Equipment Coordinators, Mechanics, and Technicians.
Prepare utilization and maintenance reports and recommend improvements.
