Job summary

Baldo Construction and Development Corporation is seeking an Equipment In-charge to manage the site fleet of key and non-key equipment, ensuring availability, reliability and safety on all site operations. You will coordinate with operations to determine equipment and vehicle requirements.

You’ll monitor operators and equipment, prepare daily and weekly status reports, request parts or services with supporting reports, handle fuel requisitions, and ensure proper checklists and timely

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform on-site tasks.
• At least 3 years of work experience handling operators and manpower.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of basic equipment parts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willing to relocate to any site.

Responsibilities

• Manages the full fleet of key and non-key equipment on site.
• Supports operations with equipment and vehicle requirements.
• Requests parts/services for equipment with supporting reports.
• Monitors operators and equipment deployed on site.
• Prepares daily and weekly status reports of all vehicles and equipment.
• Creates and coordinates Official Business Trips for vehicle service.
• Communicates effectively and manages all situations tactically.
• Generates fuel requisition forms for heavy and light equipment.
• Purchases and liquidates expenses in equipment-related requests.
• Assists operators with unit checklists.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. The Equipment In-charge manages the full fleet of key & non-key equipment on site.

2. Support the operations with regards to equipment and vehicle requirements.

3. Make immediate request for the parts/services needed by the equipment together with supporting report.

4. Monitor operators and equipment deployed on site.

5. Daily and weekly status report of all vehicles and equipment.

6. Create and coordinate Official Business Trip for vehicle service needed.

7. Effectively communicates, properly & tactically manage all situations regardless of difficulties.

8. Make fuel requisition form for heavy and light equipment.

9. Purchase and liquidate all expenses in equipment-related requests.

10. Assists operators doing their checklist per unit.
