You will craft gripping openings for high retention, maintain pacing, and end episodes with open loops. Collaboration with strategists and editors is required, with timely delivery of scripts.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in storytelling, scriptwriting, or episodic content.
• Strong understanding of narrative structure.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas without oversimplifying the science.
• Deep understanding of digital attention spans and retention psychology.
• Good to have experience in health, wellness, psychology, or self-improvement content.
• Understanding of Instagram series or short-form video scripting.
• Ability to write for both text and short-form video adaptation.
