Job summary

Nordic is seeking an EHR QA Testing Analyst I to support Epic EHR initiatives for managed services clients. You will perform system and workflow testing, collaborate with EHR teams and stakeholders, and help ensure testing validates clinical, operational, and financial scenarios.

You will manage test scripts, participate in project tasks, and contribute to a high-performing team while maintaining quality and efficiency. Travel is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience required.
• Certification in one or more EHR modules preferred.
• Demonstrates Nordic's maxims and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with ticketing systems and change management.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and problem-solving to ensure EHR application integrity and stability for Nordic clients.
• Maintain and update test scripts; escalate to senior analysts as needed.
• Document requests and incidents in the ticketing system while meeting SLAs.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to timely task completion.
