Nordic is seeking an EHR QA Testing Analyst I to support Epic EHR initiatives for managed services clients. You will perform system and workflow testing, collaborate with EHR teams and stakeholders, and help ensure testing validates clinical, operational, and financial scenarios.

The EHR QA Testing Analyst I provides Nordic's managed services customers with testing and quality assurance services in support of their Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) initiatives. They are growing in their technical and soft skills. They perform most of the day-to-day work for Nordic clients with oversight and assistance from more senior QA Analysts.
The Testing Analyst directs activities for comprehensive system and workflow testing including unit testing, integrated system testing, regression testing, procedure testing, volume testing, device testing, version, or upgrade testing as appropriate.
The Testing Analyst collaborates with Epic, Electronic Health Record (EHR) Team Leads, the EHR team, the Application Solutions team, subject matter experts, and the local systems leadership team to assure that testing validates numerous clinical, operational, and financial scenarios.
The Testing Analyst spends much of her/his time on project management, collaboration and oversight of test script development and resource requirements. The Testing Analyst will work closely with Team and Project leadership in ensuring that project tasks are completed in designated time frames and on budget.

They will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
2+ years of experience with or supporting healthcare or EHR software preferred.
Long-distance or air travel as needed-not to exceed 10% travel.
