Job summary

Nordic is seeking an EHR QA Testing Analyst I to perform testing and quality assurance across Epic EHR initiatives for managed services customers. You will collaborate with EHR team leads and client IT staff to validate clinical, operational, and financial scenarios and manage test scripts and resources.

The role emphasizes project oversight, communication, and continuous growth within a healthcare-focused services firm. Travel is limited; flexible teamwork is encouraged to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent is required.
• Certification in one or more EHR module(s) is preferred.
• Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims.
• Ability to apply problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize.
• Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Prior experience with ticketing systems and change management processes.
• Strong customer service track record.
• Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure.
• Minimum Years of Experience 2+ years of experience with or supporting healthcare or EHR software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Testing across EHR scenarios to ensure integrity, integration and stability.
• Documenting test scripts and tickets; meet SLAs and escalate when needed.
• Attend project team meetings; collaborate with client IT and operations staff.
• Support project tasks to meet timeframes and budget; assist in internal initiatives.
• Grow skills and take on new responsibilities in Managed Services.
