Job summary

Ideal candidates have a engineering background with 1–2 years in QEHS or related fields, basic ISO awareness, and strong communication skills. The role emphasizes collaboration, timely task completion, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Electronics preferred).
• 1–2 years of QEHS, compliance, management systems, or related experience.
• Basic awareness of one ISO or industry standard.
• Basic understanding of continuous improvement, risk management, root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Follow document control procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Internal auditing exposure is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; exposure to Power BI/SharePoint/Power Automate is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support QEHS Management System activities under guidance.
• Assist with document control, records, and version control.
• Help prepare for internal and external audits.
• Record nonconformances, CAPAs, and follow-up actions.
• Collect and organize data for reviews and reports.
• Support risk management and continual improvement tasks.
• Communicate QEHS information with peers and owners.
• Complete required QEHS training and build knowledge of standards.
