Teradyne in the Philippines seeks a QEHS professional to lead the quality, environment, health and safety management system enhancements and audits. You will help ensure compliance with ISO standards and drive continuous improvement across processes and products.

The role requires 3–5 years in QEHS or management systems, strong RCCA skills, and experience with audits. Knowledge of Power BI and digital tools is advantageous; relocation sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate; Electronics Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHS), Compliance, or Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements, implementation, and auditing practices.
• Strong RCCA skills, risk-based thinking, PDCA methodology, and continual improvement principles.
• Experience conducting internal audits and supporting certification and customer audits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, auditors, and all levels of management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives to completion.
• Experience with RBA, Data Privacy, ESG/Sustainability, or similar programs is an advantage.
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, or equivalent digital tools is an advantage.
• Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification is an advantage.
• Basic project management skills are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve QEHS management systems and related digital systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, corporate, and management system requirements.
• Review and align QEHS policies, objectives, and programs with organizational goals.
• Plan, execute, and manage internal audit programs, including training of internal auditors.
• Coordinate certification, surveillance audits, serving as liaison with auditors and bodies.
• Manage nonconformance, complaints, CAPA, document control, and risk management.
• Analyze audit results, metrics, risks, trends, and performance data; prepare management inputs.
• Facilitate risk and opportunity management and support risk registers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on findings and needs.
• Provide guidance to teams to integrate QEHS requirements into products and processes.
• Develop and deliver training and competency programs on QEHS and compliance.
