• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in preparing procurement documents.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse coordination is an advantage.
• Familiarity with local purchasing regulations and documentation requirements is preferred.
• Willing to visit supplier locations and project sites when necessary.
