Job summary

Megaworld Corporation is seeking an entry-level Leasing Associate to support the office leasing team with day-to-day activities, from lead generation to tenant onboarding. You will source and qualify leads, coordinate site visits, prepare lease documents, maintain CRM databases, and liaise with legal, finance, and property management teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in real estate/leasing field.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proactive attitude with strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify leasing leads through market research and broker coordination.
• Support property presentations, site viewings, and client meetings.
• Coordinate with prospective tenants on inquiries, requirements, and documentation.
• Prepare lease proposals, presentations, and leasing documents.
• Maintain leasing databases, trackers, and CRM systems.
• Monitor leasing pipeline, occupancy, and market data.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins and onboarding requirements.
