Job summary
GECO Asia Pte Ltd in Manila seeks an entry-level Legal Digital Content Associate to support Lexis+ and other legal information platforms.
You will review, edit, update, organize, and quality-check legislative content to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
Work is hybrid with 2 onsite days per month in the Philippines, and comprehensive training will be provided on editorial tools and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- Strong English writing and editing skills are essential.
- Experience with legal content or publishing is a plus.
- Willingness to learn legal content systems and tools.
Responsibilities
- Review and update legal content based on new laws and amendments.
- Copy-edit and proofread for grammar, spelling, consistency, and accuracy.
- Verify changes before publication.
- Apply tags, markups, and formatting for digital publication.
- Perform quality checks to meet editorial standards.
- Research information from reliable legal sources.
- Coordinate with internal teams and experts for clarifications.
- Follow editorial procedures and production schedules.
