Job summary

GECO Asia Pte Ltd is seeking Content Editors to review, edit, and maintain legal and legislative content for digital legal information products in Iloilo City. You will ensure updates, changes, and repeals are accurately reflected in the system, drawing on strong editing, proofreading, and research skills.

The role is hybrid—onsite twice a month—with a 6-month contract and a monthly salary of ₱15,000. A Bachelor's degree and 0–1 year of experience are expected, with strong English communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Legal background preferred but not required.
• Strong English written and verbal skills.
• Excellent spelling, grammar, editing, proofreading.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/SharePoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willing to learn new systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit legal content for accuracy and consistency.
• Work with Statutes, Court Rules, and Administrative Codes.
• Proofread content for spelling, grammar, and data errors.
• Apply required content formatting and tagging.
• Verify changes and ensure correct data entry.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subject matter experts.
• Complete tasks within production deadlines.
• Track work and manage multiple priorities.
• Identify recurring errors and improve content quality.
• Learn and use editorial tools and legal platforms.
