Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a Junior Applications Support Analyst to provide end-user support across multiple divisions including Citco Group, Citco Fund Services, and Citco Corporate Solutions. The role focuses on learning the business applications, resolving requests, and facilitating upgrades with cross-functional teams.

You will work in a dynamic IT environment, developing knowledge of supported applications, documenting processes, and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technology or equivalent work experience.
• Proactive person willing to learn, accept responsibility and develop in the role.
• Ability to work in fast paced, complex Business & IT environments.
• Well-rounded individual possessing a high degree of initiative.
• Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including oral and written English.

Responsibilities

• Administer & resolve support requests coming from application users through Service Desk Ticketing System.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of business applications that we support.
• Help in preparing user documentation on supported applications and upgrades.
• Install client components on user machines and assist with resolution of technical issues pertaining to these.
• Willingness to learn how to be the liaison between business users, technical support or development teams.
• Participate in discussions whenever upgrades or new functionality is introduced to the applications.
• Help in providing useful information that could be used for troubleshooting performance related issues.
• Participate in the testing and release process with business units for new and improved applications.
