Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• A 4-year college degree is preferred.
• Excellent English communication.
• Solid understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and terminology.
• Experience with CRM (Epic) and Indio recommended.
• Remote work requires own computer and dual-monitor setup.

Responsibilities

• Process Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of Insurance.
• Handle Auto ID Cards, Endorsements, and policy preparation.
• Enroll accounts in the Agency Management System and add applications to Marketing Module.
• Perform miscellaneous clerical duties to ensure adequate service.
