Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Calauan, Laguna to support maintenance and reliability across electrical systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in geothermal, thermal, industrial or related field.
• Registered Electrical Engineer license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance delivery: oversee overhaul, upgrades and maintenance tasks on electrical systems.
• Testing and commissioning: run tests to verify equipment meets standards.
• Troubleshooting: diagnose and fix electrical equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Resource management: allocate manpower and materials for maintenance tasks.
• Maintenance planning: define scope, resources, and safety for tasks.
• Maintenance scheduling: create real‑time maintenance schedules.
• Documentation and reports: consolidate test results and trends.
• Maintenance strategy: apply RCMM tools to improve reliability and cost.
• SHE compliance: enforce safety policies within the team.
• Cost control: perform cost-benefit analyses for maintenance projects.
• Procurement coordination: manage procurement and delivery of resources.
