Job summary

Golden Topper Group Inc. is seeking an Accounting Associate in BGC, Taguig City, to manage reconciliation and bookkeeping of Sales financial transactions, verify accounts receivable data, and monitor collections.

You will collaborate with the collections team, prepare refunds for cancelled accounts, generate reports, and assist in interim and year-end audits, using advanced Excel and bookkeeping software.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as an Accounting Associate.
• Bachelor’s degree in BS Accountancy preferred.
• Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City.
• Excellent math and Excel skills.
• Experience with bookkeeping software is a plus.
• Real estate experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation and bookkeeping of Sales financial transactions.
• Verify, classify, compute, post and record accounts receivable data and collections.
• Conduct bank reconciliations for Luzon projects’ collections.
• Coordinate with collections for client payments and credit history.
• Prepare refunds for cancelled accounts and monitor related ledgers.
• Generate internal reports and statements.
• Assist in interim and year-end audits.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
