Reed Exhibitions is looking for an entry-level Event Operations professional to assist in planning, logistics, exhibitor support, and event execution. The role requires following established processes and collaborating with show teams to meet deadlines and budgets.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, support registration and attendee services, and contribute to reporting and process improvements.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center or similar environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound inquiries across Reed Exhibitions events via calls, email, and chat.
• Support registration, exhibitor portals, pricing, and show information.
• Provide outbound support to increase event attendance and assist with matchmaking calls.
