• Knowledge of social media platforms and e-commerce is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to respond professionally to inquiries.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to learn digital marketing and e-commerce tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and updating e-commerce platforms and online stores.
• Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, prices, photos, and promotional materials.
• Assist in processing and monitoring online orders, inquiries, and customer concerns.
• Respond to customer messages and provide product information.
• Support online promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities.
• Assist in creating and posting content for social media and other digital platforms.
• Monitor product performance, sales, customer feedback, and online engagement.
• Assist in preparing sales and marketing reports.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and other departments regarding online orders and promotions.
• Perform other marketing and e-commerce-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
