Job summary

Concentrix in the Philippines seeks a talented DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to design, implement, and operate reliable cloud-based platforms. You will focus on automation, CI/CD, and improving system resilience.

The role requires strong Linux, scripting, Azure experience, Docker/Kubernetes, IaC with Terraform, and monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana. You will collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployments and on-call incident response.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or related field.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and IaC (Terraform).
• Scripting in Python/PowerShell and monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana/ELK Stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services in Microsoft Azure.
• Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and availability.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of services.
• Implement and maintain security best practices across infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and system issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
