Job summary

ISS STOXX is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support the Global Meeting Services team by entering and organizing data related to corporate action events and shareholder meetings. You will collect and verify meeting details, documents, and voting information, while coordinating with issuers and internal teams.

The role requires strong English communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work in a team under tight deadlines. Graveyard shift and hybrid work schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor corporate action events from sources like stock exchanges and company sites.
• Procure shareholder meeting documents (Annual Report, Notice of Meeting, etc.).
• Reach out to issuers via email or phone for details.
• Collect meeting details: date, type, record date, location, time, voting instructions.
• Identify securities with voting rights and verify ISIN/SEDOL/CUSIP/CINS.
• Enter meeting agenda and voting options into the database; record results.
• Support related projects and investigate market-related issues.
• Communicate between GMS and other ISS teams; respond to queries.
• Participate in committees and project initiatives.
