Job summary

Zed is building the first AI-native, licensed neobank in the Philippines. We are seeking a Card Fulfillment Associate to ensure cards reach customers on time and to provide clear updates when issues occur.

You will coordinate daily card production with our printing partner, track deliveries, respond to cardholders, and keep accurate delivery records and vendor billing. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on delivery or logistics experience who is eager to learn card operations and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with strong academics.
• Hands-on experience with delivery, logistics, or fulfillment tasks.
• Clear written and spoken English and Filipino.
• Comfortable learning new tools including AI tools.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for trackers.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Care with confidential customer information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate card production and maintain records from printing to delivery.
• Track deliveries, follow up on delays, coordinate redelivery as needed.
• Answer delivery and card‑status questions with clear updates to customers.
• Escalate concerns to the appropriate teams when needed.
• Reconcile card statuses and vendor invoices at month-end.
• Prepare monthly delivery reports and highlight recurring issues to the team.
• Maintain fulfillment instructions and response templates; suggest improvements.
