Job summary

Kroll in Manila is seeking an entry-level Schedules & SOFA Consultant to support the Schedules Team in preparing and filing Schedules of Assets and Liabilities and the Statement of Financial Affairs for Chapter 11 cases.

You will train under experienced professionals, analyze financial data, ensure accuracy and compliance with the Bankruptcy Code, and collaborate with debtors, counsel, and internal teams to meet tight court-imposed deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and advanced data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and project-management abilities.
• Ability to work under tight court-imposed deadlines.
• Experience using AI tools for tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary consultant for Chapter 11 engagements involving schedules and SOFAs.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with debtors, bankruptcy counsel, and internal teams.
• Manage multiple engagements with competing deadlines.
• Ensure filings are accurate, complete, timely, and compliant.
• Perform data analysis and QA across schedules and SOFA.
• Prepare client-ready work product supporting disclosures.
