Job summary

IDA Design Group is seeking a detail‑driven Junior Project Manager to support project delivery in Manila. You will work with senior PMs and designers, learning how projects move from design intent to construction documentation while owning reporting, tracking and quality control.

Ideal candidates have a architecture/interior design background, strong English communication, and a keen eye for detail. This role offers hands‑on experience across our design and documentation pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years' experience in project coordination, documentation or design support.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable communicating with an Australia-based design team.
• Working knowledge of MS Project, PlanRadar or similar (or a fast learner willing to pick them up).
• A genuine interest in architecture and interior design project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized records of drawings, submittals and design correspondence.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly progress and coordination reports.
• Support the implementation of design and documentation standards.
• Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement across project workflows.
• Track project progress against schedules.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for senior management.
• Document changes or deviations as they arise.
• Participate in design coordination meetings alongside architects, interior designers and contractors.
