MicroSourcing is seeking an AML/KYC Senior Analyst to join our hybrid dayshift team in Taguig (BGC). You will lead advanced due diligence for high‑risk clients, review junior analysts' KYC files, and guide onboarding decisions with senior management. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge and hands-on screening tool experience.

You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to strengthen controls, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements aligned with FATF standards.

Formación

• 3–5 years of KYC/AML or financial crime operations experience.
• Hands-on use of screening tools: World-Check, LexisNexis, Dow Jones, Refinitiv.
• Knowledge of FATF and local regulations.
• Experience handling high-risk profiles (PEP, trusts, SPVs).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Advanced Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk entities and complex ownership structures.
• Review and sign off on KYC files completed by junior analysts to ensure compliance controls.
• Execute risk assessments including validation of SoW and SoF for high-net-worth clients.
• Lead investigations into adverse media, sanctions hits, and reputational risks to inform onboarding decisions.
• Act as primary escalation point for suspicious cases and support workload planning.
