Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a PTP Practitioner to handle end-to-end transactional tasks across vendor master data, invoice receipt, processing, payments, querying, reconciliation, and month-end closing. You will ensure accuracy and timeliness per client procedures and SLAs, while building productive client relationships and delivering value through reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Graduates of Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business related courses.
• Basic understanding of finance concepts and principles.
• Basic knowledge or beginner level in Excel.
• Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to follow and complete straightforward tasks within detailed instructions and predefined procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle PTP transactional tasks around Vendor Master-data Management, Invoice Receipt, Invoice processing, Payments, Query management, Reconciliation, Risk management, Month-end Closing, Travel & expenses, and Reporting/Analytics.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with client personnel and deliver services per SLAs and OLAs.
• Support per-process activities such as Vendor Master Data Management, Invoice Receipt, Invoice Processing, Payments, and Reporting/Analytics.
