Job summary

Envirocycle Innovation Philippines Inc. is seeking an Accounting Staff to join our team in Laguna. This entry-level role offers exposure to daily accounting tasks, invoicing, and financial record-keeping, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply and grow in a hands-on environment.

You will assist with AP/AR, reconcile accounts, and help prepare reports while developing strong Excel/Sheets skills. Monday–Saturday work and Biñan-area residency are preferred for on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, or related course.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
• Applicants residing in or near Biñan, Laguna are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting transactions and documentation.
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting records.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Encode and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in preparing accounting reports and reconciliations.
• Monitor and organize accounting documents and files.
• Assist in inventory and other administrative accounting tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting/Management team.
