Nextvas Inc. is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support daily finance operations, maintain accurate records, process invoices, and assist with month-end tasks. The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and timely reporting.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training is provided. The position requires basic accounting knowledge and Excel proficiency, with opportunity to grow in a fast-paced BPO environment in Laguna.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship or entry-level experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• Prior experience in a corporate or BPO setting is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve accounting processes and workflow.
• Support finance team on special projects as needed.
