Job summary

Sirion is seeking an Integration Support professional to assist in enterprise application integrations, troubleshooting, and API-based workflows. You will work with REST APIs, JSON, XML, SOAP, and related technologies, configuring integrations on ESB/iPaas platforms.

The role offers exposure to Workato, NiFi, MuleSoft and ERP/contract management integrations in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will collaborate with owners and cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions, document

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
2–4 years of enterprise integration experience.
Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON.
Hands-on with at least one integration platform (e.g., Workato, NiFi, MuleSoft).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Git.
Experience in SaaS or enterprise product environments is a plus.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and support enterprise application integrations.
Work with REST APIs, JSON, XML, SOAP, HTTP/S, SFTP, Webhooks, OAuth 2.0, JWT.
Configure and support integrations using ESB/iPaaS platforms like Workato and Apache NiFi (plus MuleSoft/OSB/BPEL).
Analyze logs, stack traces, and integration failures to identify root causes.
Handle synchronous and asynchronous processing, messaging, retries, idempotency, publish/subscribe models.
Collaborate with application owners, SMEs, database teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Support integrations involving ERP, procurement, and contract management platforms.
Contribute to integration documentation and reusable patterns.
Communicate technical issues, dependencies, and resolutions proactively.
