Job summary

Trusting Social Philippines seeks a senior leader to own the Enterprise Risk Management framework across credit, fraud, operational, regulatory, and model risk. You’ll shape risk appetite, governance, and policy, interfacing with executive leadership, the Board, and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas to ensure sound governance for scalable product launches.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial risk management with senior leadership exposure.
• Experience building or strengthening risk governance frameworks through regulatory exams.
• Deep expertise in credit, fraud, and regulatory compliance within financial services in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously strengthen the Enterprise Risk Management framework across all risk domains.
• Define risk appetite, tolerance, and escalation protocols with minimal central approvals.
• Collaborate with BSP and regulators to ensure governance and compliance in product launches.
