Job summary

Trusting Social Philippines is seeking an experienced enterprise risk leader to design, implement, and continuously strengthen our risk management framework across credit, fraud, operational, compliance, and model risk. You will collaborate with executives, the Board, and regulators to shape risk appetite and governance as we scale.

The role emphasizes independent 2nd-line oversight, proactive risk guardrails, and strong governance of ECL, policy, and regulatory compliance, including BSP

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial risk management with at least 5 in senior leadership.
• Deep expertise in credit, fraud, and regulatory compliance in Philippine financial services; BSP familiarity required.
• Proven track record building risk governance from early-stage to regulatory examination.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise risk management framework end-to-end across all risk domains.
• Define risk appetite, risk tolerance limits, and escalation protocols.
• Build governance policies, governance committees, and board-level reporting.
• Ensure proper segregation of duties and independence of second-line risk.
• Provide independent oversight of underwriting, provisioning, and portfolio management.
