Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise customers from Eastwood, Quezon City. This onsite role requires coordinating multiple teams, configuring analytics, and aligning with customer objectives on an EST-based schedule.

You will drive scalable account structures, conduct competitive research, and present implementation strategies to stakeholders while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of implementation or customer-facing experience.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Experience communicating with customers via phone or video conference.
• Ability to explain technical and strategic concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills for multiple implementations.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment and own complex projects.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills with large datasets.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Willingness to work full-time during EST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation of enterprise customer accounts with accurate configuration.
• Develop scalable account structures across units, products, geographies, and audiences.
• Conduct keyword research, categorization, page grouping, and competitive research online.
• Configure AI Search Performance tracking including customer personas and prompts.
• Partner with customers to understand search strategy, reporting needs, and priorities.
• Configure, validate, and troubleshoot analytics integrations (GA4, Adobe Analytics).
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain clear communication on progress, risks, and next steps.
