You will foster strong client relationships, coordinate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams, and ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the hiring journey. This role demands 4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, excellent English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• Experience managing employer/client relationships and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned employer accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to understand hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive client experience throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor hiring activity, account performance, and outcomes.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve results.
• Support onboarding, implementation, and adoption of platform features.
• Drive employer retention through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate CRM and account records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and resolution.
