RSM Solutions Inc. is recruiting a Senior Data Warehouse and Analytics Engineer to build and mature an enterprise data environment.

You will design scalable Snowflake-based warehouses, integrate data from multiple sources, and deliver Power BI datasets and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making. The role emphasizes data modeling, data quality, governance, and collaboration with stakeholders to translate business questions into reliable data products.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL development with complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance tuning.
• Snowflake data warehouse development and administration experience.
• Power BI data modeling, datasets, dashboards, and semantic models.
• ETL/ELT design, testing, monitoring, and production support.
• Dimensional modeling including star schemas, facts and dimensions, SCDs, and historical data management.
• Data reconciliation, profiling, and quality-control techniques.
• Source control, release management, and structured deployment practices.
• Data security, governance, and access control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain an enterprise data warehouse in Snowflake.
• Integrate data from core business applications, databases, files, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Develop Power BI datasets, dashboards, reports, and semantic models for operational and executive use.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and ensure data quality and lineage.
