Job summary

Solaire Resort in Parañaque, Philippines, is seeking a senior Data Architect to design and visualize an enterprise data management framework that governs planning, creation, maintenance, usage, archiving and cleanup of data across the organization.

You will lead data modeling, data warehouse and data lake design, define data flows, and collaborate with stakeholders to select tools, test platforms, and implement scalable solutions using AWS Redshift, BigQuery, PostgreSQL and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in data architecture, data engineering, database development, or related tech roles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise data environments.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Explore and understand current data structures and create blueprints for a data management framework.
• Design and implement database, data warehouse and data lake solutions and data models.
• Define processes in data modeling, testing and maintaining data stores, warehouse and lake.
• Assess procedures to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Deploy and maintain data warehouse or data management solutions.
• Lead data migration from current systems to new solutions.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot data solutions; implement new features.
• Identify and recommend data solutions for system enhancements.
• Educate staff via training and demonstrations.
• Provide root-cause analysis and timely support for production issues.
• Prepare data design and architecture artefacts for management.
