Qualifications

• Proven experience leading cybersecurity strategy and enterprise-wide security operations.
• Strong expertise in SOC/ASOC management, incident response, threat intelligence, and cyber resilience.
• Deep understanding of security governance, risk, compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer-facing managed security services and service delivery teams.
• Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders, customers, regulators, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and transformation initiatives across the organisation.
• Oversee security governance, risk management, compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage advanced security operations, including threat monitoring, incident response, threat hunting, and cyber resilience.
• Ensure successful delivery and operational performance of managed security services while maintaining customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Provide security leadership for major customer engagements, programmes, and transformation projects.
• Engage executive stakeholders, customers, partners, auditors, and regulators on security topics.
• Build, develop, and lead high-performing cybersecurity teams and drive capability development.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation and continuous service improvement.
