AHEAD builds platforms for digital business. The Enterprise Change & Transformation Consultant helps clients build durable change capability—centers of excellence, self-service playbooks, and manager-led practice—so organizations stay resilient beyond a single go-live.

You will lead day-to-day interactions with client stakeholders and coach Associates while delivering value through scalable change capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise change and transformation programs.
• Ability to design and stand up Centers of Excellence (CoE) for change.
• Coach line managers to lead teams through continuous change.
• Develop scalable, self-service change playbooks and templates.
• Apply change-management theories (Prosci, ADKAR) to assessments and plans.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and stand-up of client Centers of Excellence (CoE) for change, including governance, playbooks, and role definitions.
• Coach line managers to lead their own teams through continuous, overlapping shifts, building manager-led change capability.
• Develop scalable, self-service change playbooks, toolkits, and templates for future transformations.
• Apply OCM theories and models (Prosci/ADKAR) to develop and conduct assessments and plans for an enterprise, continuous-change context.
