Job summary

Henkel Philippines is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Expert to drive governance and execution of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) activities. You will coordinate initiatives across stakeholders, ensure data quality, and continuously improve EAM tools, governance, and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, CS or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, APM, IT governance or related areas.
• Experience with LeanIX or similar EAM/APM tools preferred; tool ownership/ governance is a plus.
• Experience in project coordination, governance, reporting, and data management.
• Strong collaboration with global stakeholders and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate EAM governance processes, ADR lifecycle management, and documentation.
• Ensure data quality, completeness, and adherence to architecture standards.
• Drive portfolio and data quality initiatives with Application Managers and stakeholders.
• Oversee EAM tools/repositories (LeanIX, SharePoint) and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate EAM reporting, data requests, and management information, including dashboards.
• Lead cross-functional communication across global EA and Digital Experience teams.
• Drive ongoing improvements to EAM processes, tools, and ways of working.
